摘要: 针对指标权重求解易受主观因素干扰,从而影响决策分析的指挥控制系统效能评估问题,提出了一种改进投影寻踪-灰色关联的效能评估方法。首先,对投影寻踪法进行改进,利用样本聚集程度和类间分散度定义了一种新的投影指标函数,通过求解投影指标函数最大值模型获得指标权重;其次,基于灰色关联投影算法,将待评估对象到参考数列的投影值作为综合效能度量的标准,实现了指挥控制系统效能评估;最后,以5个指挥控制系统为例,进行了实验验证,得出评估对象5的综合效能最高,与组合赋权法得出的结论一致,并且当指标数目大于18时,相比于AHP和组合赋权法,所提方法的运算效率最高。
