Extracting Sentiment Element from Chinese Micro-blog Based on POS Template Library and Dependency Parsing

摘要: 针对中文微博的情感要素提取问题,提出了一种基于词性模板和句法依存分析的情感要素抽取方法。首先以情感词为基准搜索带标注的情感对象,通过计算先验概率进行词性剪枝和模板筛选,建立词性模板库,用于提取原子情感对象;再运用基于斯坦福句法树的依存规则,将原子情感对象扩展为完整的情感要素。方法在NLP&CC2013评测的19组结果中,严格指标和宽松指标的F值排名分别为第9和第7,优于该评测的平均水平,证明了方法的有效性。

Abstract: The paper proposed a method for extracting sentiment elements from Chinese micro-blog based on POS template library and dependency parsing.First,the sentiment elements were searched by using emotional words as the benchmark.Second,the templates were trimmed and screened by calculating the priori probability for building the POS template library,which was used for fetching the basic sentiment elements.Then,basic sentiment elements were expanded to full sentiment elements,according to a set of rules based on dependency trees.Experiments show that the precision and recall are better than the average of 19 sets of results in NLP&CC2013 evaluation.The F-measure of the results ranked 9 in strict indicator and ranked 7 in lenient indicator.That proves the effectiveness of the method.
