Abstract: With the rapid development of modern social economy,the contradiction between the development of wireless communication technology,wireless resources and business services has become more and more intensified.Many types of access technologies have formed a heterogeneous network environment.Based on this,the resource allocation techno-logy is the most important technology in the current stage.Because of the application of the property information under the condition of multi RATs,this paper mainly focused on the network selection algorithm,which will be used as the central content.
