Abstract: Classification rule mining method and regression problems differ in that the target attribute of mining classification rules is discrete nominal value,and the target attribute of regression problem is the continuous and orderly va-lue.This article mainly introduced two main methods of classification rule mining implementd by GEP,and analyzed how to improve the fitness function to mine classification rules which is easy to understand.
