Design Robot System Based on Stereo Perception Technology Computer Engineering and Applications

Abstract: The traditional precision machining process is realized by three steps,which are target location,program control and automatic operation.In the target location,the accuracy of the traditional method to fixed material is difficult to be guaranteed.With the increase of equipment wear,the accuracy of the production line is continuous decline,which makes automatic production cannot complete the high accuracy of the processing needs.So,it is needed to use the three-dimensional positioning technology to take the relative position information converted to the intensity of the wireless signal,and get the quantification positioning information.Using this RSSI stereo positioning method,we treated the processing material and automation manipulator to three-dimensional modeling,and set parameters which can be identified by program control,then solved the difficult problem.The high accuracy of this system will not be reduced by the physical wear.The quality of the production gets guaranteed.
