Correlation-Hierarchy Based Virtual Maintenance Modeling Method for ComplexElectromechanical Components of Aircraft

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the traditional maintenance simulation modelsdon’t meet the requirement of virtual maintenance environment and lack generality,this paper proposed a virtual maintenance modeling method of aircraft complex electromechanical components based on association-hierarchy.In this method,the model is divided into the top-level correlation model,the middle-level hierarchy model and the bottom-level geometric model.The correlation model reflects the relationship between complex electromechanical components and other components,the hierarchy model integrates the constraints,functions,faults and structures of itself,and the geometric model is used for real-time display and collision detection in the virtual maintenance environment.The established model information is complete and universal,which can meet the requirements of virtual environment for the model and be applied to the maintenance training of machine.Finally,the effectiveness of this modeling method is verified by the example.
