Effectiveness Evaluation of Command and Control System Based on Improved Projection Pursuit and Grey Correlation Method

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of effectiveness evaluation of command and control system that index weight is susceptible to subjective factors and affects decision analysis,an effectiveness evaluation method based on improved projection pursuit and grey correlation was proposed.First,the projection pursuit method is improved,and a new projection index function is defined by the degree of sampling aggregation and the degree of dispersion between classes.The index weight is obtained by solving the maximum value model of the projection index function.Second,based on the grey relational projection algorithm,the effectiveness evaluation of the command and control system is realized by using the projection value of the evaluation object to the reference series as the standard of comprehensive performance metrics.Finally,five command and control systems are taken as examples to verify the experimental results.The results show that the fifth object has the highest comprehensive efficiency,which is consistent with the conclusion of combination weighting method.And when the number of indicators is greater than eighteen,the proposed method is more efficient than AHP and combination weighting method.
