基于图像差分特征的彩色图像差分预测与信息提取算法研究

Color Image Difference Prediction Based on Image Difference Measure

摘要: 图像特征提取预测技术一直是图像处理领域研究的热点与难点。提出了一种包含图像归一化特征融合的图像差分预测算法。基于色彩的图像差分特征测量方法充分利用了图像的色彩信息,将色彩信息全部转换到一个色彩空间中,然后将图像归一化到特定的视角距离范围内来提取出图像差分特征(IDF)信息。最后做了大量的仿真实验,结果表明,提出的方法可以极大地提高彩色图像差分预测性能;同时对图像的色域映射所造成的亮度失真进行的多尺度分析结果表明,以不同尺度提取的基于亮度的图像差分特征比一般的图像失真具有更高的尺度间相关性。

Abstract: The feature extraction of image prediction technology is a hot and difficult problem in the image processing field.This paper proposed a image difference prediction algorithm containing the fusion image normalization characteristic.Color difference measurement method based on image feature makes full use of the color information of image,and the color information is converted to a color space.And then the image is normalized to a range of specific perspective to extract the image difference feature (IDF) information.Finally,this paper did a lot of experiments,and the experimental results show that the proposed method greatly improves difference prediction performance of color image.At the same time,we preformed the multi-scale analysis for brightness distortion caused by gamut mapping.The results show that the image differential feature based on brightness extracted from different scale images has higher correlation between scale than the general image distortion.
