摘要: 颅骨性别识别是法医人类学的热门研究课题之一,在刑侦、考古人类学等领域具有重要的研究价值。以往的颅骨性别识别是人类学家通过经验观察形态或对具有性别二态性差异的特征进行测量分析确定的,主观性较强。文中提出了一种用于三维数字化颅骨的自动性别识别方法。首先构建用于颅骨的统计形状模型,然后将高维颅骨特征投影到低维形状空间,最后使用Fisher判别分析在低维形状空间对颅骨进行分类。这种方法结合了测量法和形态学方法的优点,操作方便,无需专业人员和繁琐的手动测量。实验选择267个维吾尔族的颅骨模型,男性114个,女性153个。其中76个男性和102个女性的颅骨用来建立性别判别模型,其余的用来验证。实验结果表明,所提方法对维吾尔族男性和女性颅骨性别识别的正确率分别为94.7%和92.1%,留一交叉检验表明该方法具有较高的准确率。
