Uncertain Extension of Description Logic SROIQ(D) for Uncertain Knowledge Representation

Abstract: To enhance ability for knowledge representation of description logic,an uncertain expansion of description logic SROIQ(D) was proposed in this paper based on the uncertainty theories and description logic SROIQ(D).Aimed at widely existed fuzziness knowledge,roughness knowledge and randomness knowledge in knowledge representation,the formulas of conditional probability of fuzzy rough concepts are defined,which is the basis of the uncertain expansion of description logic SROIQ(D).Then,based on fuzzy rough logic and probability logic,the syntax,semantics and reasoning task of extended description logic SROIQ(D) are presented respectively.The extended description logic SROIQ(D) possesses the ability of handling the three types of uncertainty.
