摘要: 失效模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA)是一项事前预防的风险分析手段,在实际运用过程中有许多不足。传统FMEA方法的应用环境是高度不确定的,运用传统方法进行分析时,最后的结果与实际情况偏差较大。文中基于模糊理论和多属性决策模型,提出了一种区间犹豫模糊TODIM的风险排序方法。首先,利用区间犹豫模糊元(Interval-Valued Hesitant Fuzzy Element,IVHFE)构建专家评价矩阵;然后,采用离差最大化法计算风险因子的客观权重,采用专家打分法确定风险因子的主观权重,将两者结合得到综合权重;最后,采用TODIM法对失效模式的O,S,D进行综合评估。以地铁车门的风险评估为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is a pre prevention risk analysis method,which has many shortcomings in the practical application.The application environment of the traditional FMEA method is highly uncertain.The final result using the traditional method for analysis deviates greatly from the actual situation.Based on fuzzy theory and multi-attribute decision model,a risk ranking method of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy TODIM is proposed.Firstly,the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy element is used to construct the expert evaluation matrix.Secondly,the objective weights of risk factors are calculated by the maximum deviation method,and the subjective weights of risk factors are determined by expert evaluating method,and the comprehensive weights obtained by combining the two weights.Finally,the O,S and D of failure modes are evaluated by the TODIM me-thod.Taking the risk assessment of subway doors as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
