基于二维工程图的三维CAD模型自动构建方法

Method of Automatic Construction of 3D CAD Model Based on 2D Engineering Sketch

摘要: 在产品的设计和使用中,对产品做性能分析和后期使用维护时,需要产品的三维CAD模型。在设计过程中,设计人员通常使用AutoCAD设计二维工程图,如何在短时间内将二维工程图转换为三维模型是缩短产品研制周期和快速维护产品的关键。文中基于B样条曲线和B样条曲面理论知识,利用曲面拟合技术,介绍了基于二维工程图自动构建三维CAD模型的过程,并提出了一种数据点筛选优化算法,其减少了使用的数据点数量,提高了模型构建效率。该方法解决了在人工将二维工程图转换为三维CAD模型过程中耗时耗力及其它容易出错的问题,缩短了产品研制的周期。通过对船舶模型的构建处理,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: In the process of product design and use,the performance analysis and maintenance of the product requires its 3D CAD model.In the design process,designers usually use AutoCAD to design the 2D engineering drawing.How to convert the 2D engineering drawing into 3D model in a short time is the key to shorten engineering cycles time and rapidly maintain product.Based on the knowledge of B-spline curve and B-spline surface theory,this paper proposed a process of automatically constructing 3D CAD model from 2D engineering drawing by using surface fitting technology,and proposed a data point screening optimization algorithm to reduce the amount of used data points.It solves the problem that the manual conversion from the 2D engineering drawings to the 3D CAD model is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and shortens the cycle of product development.Taking a ship model as example,the paper validated the feasibility of the method for the construction of model.
