摘要： 为丰富软件人的拟人特性，使软件人具有情感特色，本文提出一种情感软件人模型的总体架构。模型中考虑了认知在软件人的情绪及行为选择中的作用；用模糊形式描述软件人的情绪评估。为了描述软件人在相同情绪时，其触发原因相异而导致行为不同，软件人的行为模型采用“案例＋智能搜索”的模式，整个系统的实现采用Model—View—Controller（MVC）的设计模式。
