关系数据库的语义研究

摘要: 数据库是数据的结构化集合,是各种应用的必要组件。关系数据库系统是迄今应用最广的数据库,其数据结构简单,数据组织、存取效率非常高。但同时关系数据库缺乏语义信息,将其应用于知识系统有制约性。因此,引入本体思想,将本体植入关系数据库,由此为其增加语义信息和推理机制,使关系数据库具有了语义,适用于知识系统。

Abstract: Database is a structured collection of data.It is a necessary component of all kinds of application.So far,the RDBMS is the most widely used DBMS.The data structure of relational database is simple,storing and accessing data is very efficient.But at the same time it is lack of semantic.And there are restrictions on the application of Knowledge System.Therefore this article introduces the concept of ontology,and implants ontology in relational database.Thus add semantic information and reasoning mechanism for it in order to make RDBMS to be semantic and can apply to Know-ledge System.
