摘要: 针对当前教育教学存在的物理边界封闭、对教师教材依赖大、学习问题及其解答难以重用等问题,借鉴群体智能和开源软件的思想,提出群体化学习的理念和方法。其核心是打破传统班级、年级和学校的界限,以开放社区的形式支持学习者围绕特定的主题开展自主协作式的社会化学习,包括问题讨论、经验分享和资源共创等。这种方法可产生大量高质量、个性化的学习群智知识,支持学习者解决课程学习和实践中遇到的问题,帮助教师提升课程教学的效率和质量。文中介绍了群体化学习支撑平台LearnerHub,结合软件工程课程教学实践,分析了群体化学习方法在课程教学中的应用模式,通过调查问卷和数据分析的方法检验了该方法的有效性,结果表明学生高度认可群体化学习方法在课程学习和实践中发挥的重要作用,学生群体化学习综合实践表现与考试成绩二者之间存在正相关的关系。
