Abstract: Abstract Aiming at the prohlem that the users often can not retrieve useful information or retrieve information is inaccurate, this paper presented an information retrieval model based on Idiom Literary quotation Ontology, and the model and its charactcristics were analyzed in detail. Through a systematic in-depth analysis of the users' questions, the qucstions mode and answers mode were proposed, it can improve the efficiency of semantic retrieval, improve the precision rate and recall rate to a certain extent.
