基于易语言的再制造覆层切削加工数据库研究

摘要: 随着再制造技术的发展,其在维修工程中的应用越来越广泛,但再制造零件覆层特有的机械加工特征使得它不同于传统的机械加工。分析了零件再制造覆层切削的相关信息,包括材料种类、硬度等,在此基础上建立了数据库的E-R图,通过规范化与优化,获得了数据库的逻辑模式,然后在SQL Server 2000中建立数据库与数据表。数据库系统以易语言为前端应用软件的编程工具、以SQL Server 200。为后端数据库管理工具,数据库中存储的工艺参数可供加工人员查询参考,其中数控程序还可直接供数控机床使用。

Abstract: With the development of Remanufacturing technology, it is widely used in maintenance engineering. But the coatings have peculiar machineability which makes it differ from traditional machining. The processes, from forming to cutting, of remanufacturing coatings was analyzed in this article. The E-R of the database was created. The logic model was obtained after standardization and optimization. The database and data sheets in SQL Server 2000 were created. The database system foreground application programming tools are E-language and database management software is SQL Server 2000. The machining parameters stored in the database provide the reference for relevant people, and the numerical control program can be used in CNC machine.
