Abstract: Aimed at the problem that mobile digital publishing is vulnerable to unauthorized access, resource intercep tion, and hostile attack, a Mobile Digital Publishing Rights Management System based on UCON model was proposed. A detail of the system mechanism and key technologies for system was given. Universal DRM security evaluation indices were used to analyze the safety of the system. The analysis shows that the system guarantees the security and integrity of the mobile digital publishing content and right object with good availability and reliability.
