摘要： 传统的基于关键词的信息检索方式，往往难以用一个或几个“关键词”表达用户真正的检索要求。针对此问题，本文提出了一种基于领域本体的信息检索机制，将用户输入的关键词，用领域本体进行理解、扩充，然后基于领域本体中概念的相关度，求出扩充后每个关键词的权值，并将之用于随后的信息检索。实验证明，本方法在基本维持查准率的同时显著提高了信息检索的查全率。
