摘要： 针对企业ERP与CRM系统信息群岛的集成问题,提出了基于SOA的解决方案,以弥合长期以来企业与IT基础设施之间的鸿沟,实现IT向业务看齐,从而支持企业快速灵活地变迁其业务流程,实现IT架构的灵活性和IT资产的重用,使企业能充分利用内部资源和外部资源,优化全局管理。
