摘要： 本文描述了Internet中端对端拥塞控制技术的内容和特点，分析了标准化拥塞控制算法所涉及的技术难点及不足，概括了拥塞控制算法的发展历程，并根据目前最新的研究情况，提出把控制与优化理论引入网络拥塞控制的思路，最后总结出进一步的研究趋势和方向。
