Research of Edge Router Based on 6LoWPAN

Abstract: In this paper,a method to design edge router based on smart 6LoWPAN sensor network was proposed.With the use of Linux embedded operating system and single CPU,this method transplants 6LoWPAN protocol suite on Linux system,makes 6LoWPAN network load on LAN radio frequency interface and connect to Internet through edge router.By using multiple protocol fusion,IPv4/IPv6 double stack protocol,NAT64 protocol and 6to4 tunnel protocol will be unified,and 6LoWPAN network nodes will be accessed adaptively to the Internet in different network environment.
