摘要: 为解决当前课程建设面临的教师备课工作效率低、教育管理部门的激励覆盖面受限以及MOOC课程在教师群体关注点上存在盲区等问题提出了开源课程行动倡议.在此基础上结合作者自2017年以来建设首门示范开源课程——数据科学导论——的经验教训给出了开源课程的内涵与特征并探讨了开源课程建设的流程、原则和关键技术.开源课程行动倡议是继MOOC之后的一项全新的教学改革思想为进一步推动教学改革尤其是在复用教学资源、提升备课质量、分享教学经验、弥补MOOC课程的不足方面具有较高的参考价值.
