摘要: 针对装备采购,建立了以采购方、承包商为主体的双方采购模型和以采购方、主承包商、分承包商为主体的三方采购模型。基于动态演化博弈理论,分析了两种采购模型下各主体的策略选择及博弈均衡,运用AnyLogic动态模拟博弈演化过程并进行数值仿真分析。双方博弈模型中,承包商的演化均衡策略为不积极履行合同;而三方博弈模型可通过适当设计,使得主承包商积极履行合同,从而更好地保证质量。故采购方在进行采购模式选择时,选择采购方、主承包和分承包商的模式更有利,并且需要合理设置监管正确率、合同罚金、抽查率等条款。
