摘要: 医疗数据的安全共享与隐私保护对提升诊疗服务质量至关重要。针对现有医疗系统存在的数据孤岛、隐私泄露以及审计困难等难题,提出了一种面向医疗联盟链的数据安全共享与隐私保护方案。首先,该方案构建了基于患者ID索引的“主-侧”链分级存储架构,主链存储个人信息,侧链存储病历记录及追加轨迹,实现了数据的高效检索。其次,引入可追踪环签名技术以实现用户匿名性与纠纷可溯性,平衡了隐私保护与监管需求。再者,采用无需可信中心的门限签名机制,利用分布式生成密钥和门限签名技术,为病历追加操作提供去中心化的审批核验,实现了权限管控与安全共享。最后,通过安全性分析和实验仿真证明该方案在计算与通信开销方面优于现有方案,表明了该方案的可行性和有效性。
