摘要： 本文讨论了现有WebGIS系统的缺陷,并提出了新一代网络GIS系统——基于数字系统平台的GIS Server服务器的设计思路和实现方法,以解决服务层面上的地理信息互操作问题提供基础,为数字城市应用提供了GIS开发平台.
