摘要： B／S模式的监控系统使用web浏览器作为用户界面，易于用户使用，升级和维护方便，有更好的通用性和跨平台性。本文参考流媒体系统结构，捷出一种基于Browser／Server模式的网络多媒体监控系统结构，采用组件结构设计了系统的主要功能模块，并给出了两个核心组件实现的UML描述。基于RTP／RTCP传输控制机制将信源编码和信道编码结合起来，提高了系统的整体性能。
