摘要： 本文从CMMI的体系结构出发，对CMMI中的软件测量进行了研究，分析了其测量的演进过程，总结分析了目前组织在实施CMMI时对测量的误解和存在的问题，最后，为帮助实施CMMI，给出了对实施效果进行评估的评价标准。
