摘要： 本文分析了统一建模语言UML对ERP系统建模的优势，论述了利用开发ERP系统的新手段——UML进行建模的方法，重点对基于用例图的功能建模方法作了详细的分析，并通过相应案例加以说明。

Abstract: The article analyzes the advantage of UML to ERP system. It dissertates the technique of using UML to upbuild model, analyzes detailedly the function modeling method base on Use Case diagram and explains with cases.
