摘要： 为实现基于服务性能的服务器选择方式，提出了一个流量可控的性能监测系统，并将其引入到选播服务器的选择策略之中，目的是将其系统输出一平均响应时间作为服务器选择重要参数。最后通过仿真实验不仅验证了其对服务器的平均响应时间的准确估计，还找到了对由此产生的额外网络流量的有效控制方法。由此证明了该性能监测系统的可靠性和有效性。
