摘要： 介绍了面向使命的组织和组织设计，讨论了组织的适应性设计问题和组织适应性的代价。在此基础上提出了基于粒度计算的组织适应性设计方法，设计过程包括3个阶段：任务集和平台集粒化阶段、粒内规划阶段和决策分层阶段；并给出了平台集粒化的具体方法。案例分析表明本文的方法具有较好的性能。
