摘要： 针对原始的工业CT切片数据，应用矢量化软件提取工件封闭轮廓点数据，并通过轮廓配准、数据精简、三角网格划分、端面处理对轮廓点数据进行处理，实现了面向RP的工业CT切片数据格式转换。为使构成STL文件的三角网格更加优化，文中提出了平均点距值法数据精简与Delaunay三角化的网格精简相结合的数据精简算法，实例验证了该方法的正确性。
