摘要： 为了提高图像特征的识别率，研究并设计了基于Q位移二分树复数小波变换算法的图像特征识别系统。论述了Q位移二分树复数小波变换算法的基本原理及滤波器的工作原理。在设计中保留了复数小波的优点，满足完全重构条件，同时具有良好的对称性。实验样本采用农作物黄瓜霜霉病叶部病斑图像，在Visual C＋＋软件平台上对样本进行了训练和学习的仿真实验，仿真结果验证了系统的有效性。
