摘要： 针对旋转机械故障的复杂性和相关性，本文采取改进的遗传BP网络算法进行诊断。首先利用遗传算法对BP网络的初始权值和偏置值进行优化，然后采取改变学习速度的方法对BP算法进行了改进，很好地解决了传统BP算法的学习收敛速度慢和产生局部极小的问题。通过样本训练和故障诊断分析，该算法在速度和精度上都有很大的提高。
