摘要： 本文阐明了电子商务在全世界正得到快速发展，但还存在许多阻碍电子商务健康发展的不容忽视的瓶颈问题，诸如：网络安全性还不能完全消除人们疑惑；信誉问题严重影响电子商务的发展；支付手段、网上购物既不方便又不便宜；配送系统和售后服务不完善；电子商务观念滞后和人才不足，相关法规制度不健全等。因此，我们必须正视并逐步解决这些瓶颈问题。
