摘要： 随着Web服务的迅猛发展，Web服务的高可用性已成为业界关注的一个新的焦点。作为一个新型的分布计算模型，Web服务有很多新的特点，所有这些新的特点对传统容错技术带来新的挑战。以如何提高web服务的可用性为目标，对Web服务容错关键技术（包括体系结构、复制算法、失效检测以及日志和恢复）进行了详细分析。在此基础上针对Web服务的特点提出了需要解决的问题并给出解决思路。
