摘要: 植物仿真是计算机图形学中的一个重要研究课题。针对研究者少有涉及的仿真“竹”建模问题作了一些探索,根据“竹”是单轴分枝植物的特点,对分形算法的L-系统建模方法作了相应的改进,并阐述了在对“竹”建模中所运用的各种相关技术和真实感表现方法等。特别是文中所引用的位移映射技术解决了“竹节”模拟的难点。所提方法可以逼真地模拟出“竹”在自然界中的形态及其特质,这在植物的仿真方面给出了一种新的解决思路。

Abstract: Plants simulation is a important studies project in the computer graphics. We discussed the "Bamboo" simulation modeling which is involved in very few researchers. We improved the I= system algorithm based on the "Bamboo" singlcaxis plant characteristics,and explained the relevant different tcchnicals and methods used in "Bamboo" modeling and the realistic performanc. We quoted the displacement texture mapping technique to solve the difficult problem simulating the section header of "bamboo". Through this method,you can simulate realistic "Bamboo" form and characteristics in the nature. This paper gave a new solution in plant simulation.
