摘要: 提出了一种基于变换优化的彩色图像压缩预处理算法,该算法由变换组合优化、彩色分量加权、CSF滤波3部分组成。实验结果表明,在非常大的压缩比率范围下,该算法的客观质量和主观质量都优于JPEG2000有损变换算法和JPEG2oo。无损压缩算法。

Abstract: A transform optimization based preprocessing algorithm was presented. The method integrates combination of transforms, color component weighting and CSF filtering. Experiment results showed that proposed algorithm outperforms JPEU2000 lossy and lossless algorithm in both objective and subjective duality in wide range of compression rate.
