一种HPGL插补控制算法仿真研究

Simulative Study on HPGL Interpolation Control Algorithms

摘要: 为使HPGL格式文件输出的折线光滑化,分析了该格式文件数据输出存在的弊端及通常的解决办法。在此基础上,提出了一种基于遗传算法的插值处理方法,对该算法进行了数学描述,并对插值处理过程进行了数学解析。仿真实验结果表明,在对HPGL格式文件输出的折线进行若千次的插值处理过程中,只要将插值控制在设定的精度范围内,最终的运动轨迹就会形成一条光滑的曲线。

Abstract: To smooth the polyline outputted by HPGL format file, the existing disadvantages of data output and corresponding solutions were analyzed. An interpolation processing method based on genetic algorithms was raised, and the mathematical description of the algorithms was given, in addition, the mathematical analysis of the interpolation processing was elaborated. As shown in the simulative experiment, during several interpolation treatments of polyline outputted by HPGI_ format file, as long as the interpolation is controlled in accurate range, the final motion path would become a smooth curve.
