摘要: 通过分析油罐内油品液位对罐储自动计量的影响,介绍了一种远程分段式油罐自动计量系统,阐述了系统的设计、实现及现场应用情况,分析了自动计量系统的实际应用效果,该系统为油田集输站库实现计量自动化提供技术支撑。通过该系统的推广和应用,可以实现油田储罐液位的自动监测,降低员工劳动强度,提高综合效益,达到油罐液位远程自动化管理的目标。

Abstract: On basis of analyzing the important influence of oil level on the automatic tank gauge,a new type of remote sectional measurement system for oil tank and its principle ware introduced. This paper described the design,implementation and on-site application of the system,focusing on analysis of the practical application level gauge results for the oil field station library to provide technical support for automated measurement. The promotion and application of the technologies enable automatic monitoring of oil tank liquid level, reduce the employee labor intensity, increase the overall efficiency, and achieve the purpose of automatic management of the tank liquid level.
