Abstract: The commentary literatures contain a wealth of knowledge, and they have the characteristics of semi structurgid. I}his paper researched sentences alignment between classic original and their commentary literatures, and auto matic analysis of comments in commentary literatures. The study can provide a convenient way to build the ancient corpus,and more intelligent retrieval mode for language researchers.
