Abstract: Witkey's idea aims at encouraging people to transform their specialist knowledge, skills, experience, and ability to valuable products by the help of the online community and share them with other people. But nowadays, many Witkey community websitcs' credit ability evaluation systems arc not only too simple to reflect their users' real credit level,but also go against with the project publishers to choose their partners easily. After analyzing developers' technology and credit merits and demerits in software development filed,we raised an objective estimate and subjective evaluation model and specifications. I}he experiments use classic scenes to simulate the Witkcy users' growing-up experience,then analyze the guiding effect to the users' development if applying such evaluation system, finally prove its feasibility and usability.
