摘要: 针对迫切需要为现有应急管理和指挥工作提供及时、有效的辅助决策功能的问题,深入分析应急业务流程, 从将智能技术与行业应用相结合的角度出发,对知识推理技术进行了研究,包括知识获取、知识表示、推理机制等,提 出了基于智能辅助决策的应急指挥系统。在实际项目中的应用结果表明,该方案具有行业化程度高、自适应能力强等 特点,能够满足应急指挥工作在智能化方面的要求。

Abstract: This paper, aiming at the urgent demand of timely and efficient function of auxiliary decision-marking in c- mergency management and command,from the angle of combining the intelligent technology and the industry applica- tion,made a research on knowledge reasoning techniques such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge expression and in- ference mechanism, then put forward the scheme of emergency command system based on intelligent auxiliary decision- marking. The application results in actual projections show the scheme is highly industrialized and self-adaptable and meets the intelligent demands in emergency command works.
