摘要: 随着机场建设的高速发展和旅客流量的不断增加,如何高效使用航站楼内的设备设施以及为旅客提供高质量的服务成为机场管理者亟待解决的问题。为了使机场管理者对航站楼每天的运行状态有更直观的了解,文中构建了基于模糊综合评价法的航站楼长期运行态势评价体系。该体系以航站楼每天的运行状态为研究对象,运用模糊综合评价法对航站楼的运行态势进行综合评价,并判定其运行态势等级及相应的特征。实例表明,评价体系的等级特征描述与机场航站楼的实际运行情况相符,进一步证明了航站楼长期运行态势评价体系的适用性和有效性。
