摘要: 人类的行为主要由目标驱动,企业的业务流程应该尽量多地包含那些为用户创造价值的行为,而行为则应该为业务流程目标服务。提出基于目标的业务流程概念模型框架,并以目标-行为的细化分层关系为基础,自底向上反向生成与各个子目标相匹配的流程片段,给出行为和业务流程片段对目标的支持度的评估分析,以为用户构建业务流程概念模型提供决策指导。
