Abstract: Human’s activities are mainly driven by goals．The organization’s business process should contain those activities which can add value for users and the activities should provide service for the business goals．This paper proposed a goal-based conceptual business process model framework． Based on the refined goal-activities hierarchy,the research automatically generated reusable business process fragments bottom up,and then realized an automatic match between the user’s goals and the business process fragments．Furthermore,the evaluation analysis of the extent on which the activities support the business process fragments was given to provide guidance for users to build the business process conceptual models.
