摘要： 结合目前流行的网络管理技术，提出采用一种新型的并较为实用的移动终端远程网络管理方案。该系统采用基于Web分布式网络管理系统的结构，继承了Web服务的优点，并融合了当前流行WAP和SMS技术，用移动终端的方式实现网络的远程管理，是对当前网络管理方案的一种重要扩展。本文重点讨论了其框架结构和部分功能的详细设计以及关键技术的具体实现。
