摘要： 短距离无线系统是今后较长时间内通信界研究的热点，其中个人局域网（PAN）概念的提出，更推动了个人信息网络的发展。实现PAN的主要技术有：IEEES02．11b、HomeRF、蓝牙（Bluetooth）以及超宽带（UWB）等。其中高带宽、高速率、低功耗和抗干扰等特点使得UWB技术优势极为突出。本文系统地阐述了UWB的物理信道模型、定位技术和计算方法，并进行了必要的总结和概括。
