摘要： 根据关系数据库的特殊性，结合组合设计的区组设计，本文将BIBD（平衡不完全组设计理论）引入关系数据库数字水印算法。该算法具有隐蔽性好，最大限度降低了对原有数据库的修改，水印恢复不需要原始数据库，且具有很好的灵活性等特点。
