Abstract: In AFC-AGC strong coupling continuous rolling process as the research object, analysis various coupling factors of the system of the thickness control and strip flatness control and establishing the thickness and shape glancing flatness coupling model after adding the effects of oil film thickness.Based on the use of ADRC technique for decoupling design, and used computer to carry on the simulation to actual parameters of a factory of five tandem rolling mill, the simulation results show that the design of the disturbance decoupling controller can basically eliminate the coupling relationship between the thickness of plates and plate glancing flatness, and can get a good decoupling effect.
